This process consists of 2 beds filled with carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS). When PRE-Filtered compressed air is passed through one CMS bed, Nitrogen comes out as the product gas. The waste gas (oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc.) is discharged into the atmosphere. Upon saturation of the CMS bed, the process switches nitrogen regeneration to another bed, allowing the saturated bed to undergo regeneration by depressurization to atmospheric pressure. This ensures a continuous supply of Nitrogen to your System.

PSA Principle. This Process consists of 2 Vessels filled with Molecular Sieves (MS) and Activated Alumina. Clean Compressed Air at30°C temperature is passed through one Vessel and oxygen comes out as product Gas. The exhaust Gas (Nitrogen) is discharged back into atmosphere. Upon saturation of the Molecular Sieves bed, the process switches oxygen Generation to the other bed by automatic valves while allowing the saturated bed to undergo regeneration. by depressurization and purging to atmospheric pressure. This is 2 vessels keep cycling alternately in oxygen production and regeneration ensuring oxygen Gas is continuously available to your Process.

HYDROGEN GAS PLANT:
Hydrogen Generation Plant work on the principle of Electrolysis. Electrolysis is the technique that is carried out for the separation of elements. Under this process, the electric current passed through the molten liquid that separates the anion and cations. Reaction involved in electrolysis of water: 2 H2O(l) → 2 H2(g) + O2(g) In the plant, the water is separated into its ionic form and H2 gas is collected and stored in the tanks. The mass ratio of hydrogen and oxygen obtained during electrolysis is 1:8.
